Valencia, California --  Jan. 16, 2007 --  Enable IPC Corporation (OTCBB: EIPC) today announced the
launch of a new, updated corporate website. The site, www.enableipc.com describes the Company’s
microbattery technology, introduces its management team and provides comprehensive investor relations
information.  There are also discussions on the microbattery industry, nanotechnology and the Over-the-

stock symbol EIPC.

Timothy A. Lambirth, an attorney and a member of Enable IPC’s Board of Directors, said, “In 2006, our
website averaged 71 visitors per day.  By updating the site – changing its look, making it  more user-
friendly and adding pertinent industry information -- we hope to provide interesting information in a manner
that is even more engaging and compelling than before.  We want to continue to attract additional visitors
who can learn and become excited about what we are doing with microbatteries.”

Founded in March 2005, Enable IPC has a patent application on a proprietary concept that combines thin
film manufacture with nanotechnology to produce a microbattery that the Company believes will
significantly outperform comparable products and revolutionize the microbattery industry. The Company’s
product is expected to be smaller, cheaper, longer lasting and more environmentally friendly than
comparable existing products. The microbattery is ideal for use in multiple applications including
