Enable IPC Ultracapacitor is Subject of Nanotech 2007 Poster
Session in Santa Clara May 23rd
SolRayo CEO Kevin Leonard, Joint Development Partner of Enable IPC, to Discuss
Ultracapacitor Technology
VALENCIA, Calif. – May 15, 2007 --Enable IPC Corporation (OTCBB: EIPC) today announced that its joint
development partner, SolRayo, will participate in a poster session at the Nanotech 2007 Conference in
Santa Clara, California on Wednesday, May 23rd at 2:00 p.m. The subject of the poster will be the
ultracapacitor technology, which is the focus of the two companies’ joint development effort.
Kevin Leonard, CEO of SolRayo and co-inventor of the technology (with Dr. Marc Anderson of the University of
Wisconsin), will conduct the poster session. The presentation is titled “Synthesis and Characterization of
Electrochemical Capacitors Using Nanoporous SiO2”. Mr. Leonard will describe the technology’s unique
use of SiO2 (Silicon Dioxide, or Silica), which is considered an insulator but behaves like a conductor in this
case.
The conference will take place at the Santa Clara Convention Center from May 20th – 24th. More information
can be found at http://www.nsti.org/Nanotech2007.
Enable IPC previously announced that the company will also host a poster session at the conference on
Tuesday, May 22 at 4:00 pm. During this session a representative from the company will discuss Enable IPC’
s unique method of creating nanowires – free standing poles, approximately 1/1000th the diameter of a
human hair. They are a key part of Enable IPC’s patent pending microbattery technology. Microbatteries are
used in some “smart” cards, RFID tags, small medical devices and a number of other applications. The
microbattery market has been independently estimated to grow to over $3 billion in the next five years.

About Enable IPC Corp. (Intellectual Property Commercialization)
Enable IPC Corporation is developing power devices using advances in thin films and nanotechnology. Our
products include microbatteries for very low power applications (utilizing nanowires as small as 1/1000th the
diameter of a human hair) and ultracapacitors for a wide range of power applications (utilizing nanoparticles
on carbon). These complimentary products will be ideal for use in a variety of applications. The microbattery
is targeted for use in healthcare products, RFID tags, smart cards and many other applications while the
ultracapacitor is to be used in consumer electronics.
