Enable IPC Corporation's Common Stock trades on the Over-the-Counter
Bulletin Board under the symbol "EIPC" (some programs require the user to
type "EIPC.OB" to obtain a quote). Trading began on January 8, 2007.

2006 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of Enable IPC Corporation

We would like to thanks everyone who voted and all those who came out to
the 2006 Annual Shareholders Meeting, which was held July 11th at the
company's headquarters. A little over 75% of the total eligible shares were
actually voted by proxy or in person.

Officers and directors present at the meeting were Timothy Lambirth (Director),
Anna Rhee (CFO), Daniel Teran (Director) and David Walker (CEO and a
Director). The inspector of the election was attorney Cathryn Gawne of Silicon
Valley Law Group.

The meeting was called to elect five directors and ratify the selection of L.L.
Bradford & Co., LLC as the Company's independent auditors.

As a result of the election, all five incumbent directors were re-elected and L.L.
Bradford & Co., LLC was ratified as independent auditors.

In addition, a short update on company activities was discussed.
