Shareholder meeting and update

On July 11, 2006, the annual meeting of shareholders was held at the company's offices in Valencia,
California.  At the meeting, which was called to elect directors for the next fiscal year and ratify the
selection of L.L. Bradford & Co., LLC as our auditors, a little over 75% of the eligible shares were voted.
The five incumbent directors were re-elected and the selection of L.L. Bradford was ratified.

The in-person attendees were provided with an overview of the technologies and an update on
corporate activities.  A copy of the presentation given can be found
here.

In addition, Ms. Anna Rhee, CMA, was introduced as the new Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Ms. Rhee comes to the company with a wealth of financial experience.  She previously served as
Controller of CBOL Corporation in Woodland Hills, California, DCH Technology, Inc. in Valencia, California
and H2Scan, LLC, also in Valencia.

When will the company begin selling and shipping product?

Our technology is very much in the early developmental stage.  We do not anticipate selling actual
battery products for quite some time.

What advantages do you believe the product will have?

We believe our biggest advantage will be comparatively lower cost.  There are other advantages,
however, and these can be found in greater detail on our
Technology page. .

Is Enable IPC a "nanotech" company?

Despite the hype, we don't like to think of ourselves as a "nanotech" company.  We are, rather, a
battery company using nano-sized components to gain a competitive edge.

That being said, the National Nanotechnology Initiative considers "
nanotechnology" as "research and
technology development at the atomic, molecular or macromolecular levels, in the length scale of
approximately 1 - 100 nanometer range."  Based on this, we would qualify (some of our materials fall
within that range).

However, others tend to define "nanotechnology" as molecular manufacturing; that is, manipulating
molecules to build things.  We do not use molecular machines to fabricate our devices, so by that
definition we may not qualify as a "nanotech" company, and indeed, few companies would.

So, we are a nanotech company in that we work in the nanometer range, but we use more
conventional (though proprietary) techniques to do what we do.

Will you publish revenue and profit projections?

No.  We know what the sales potentials are in our chosen market niches and we have analyzed and
projected the probable costs; we know the likely financial scenarios -- and they are certainly positive.
We have internal goals relating to SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research, which is a US government
R&D funding program) and research grant programs we are trying to obtain, and as time goes on and
we commence production, we will have specific sales goals for our products.  We have strict budgets in
place and specific financial and research plans to commercialize the technology.  All these are
continually revised as events warrant.

But, to publish specific revenue projections when we are still a long way from production would be ill
advised.
