Three ways: 1) by going to the "For Investors" page of this site; 2) by downloading the files directly from
the SEC's website; or 3) ask us and we will mail you a copy of the filing you want.
Will Enable IPC publish revenue / profit projections?
No. We are in the research and development phase -- not in production. We do not expect to have
product available for some time. Estimating when we might ship product and have revenue would serve
no purpose other than to create expectations that may or may not be reasonable.
Is Enable IPC a “nanotechnology” company?
This depends on one's definition of "nanotechnology". The US National Nanotechnology Initiative
defines it as work “in the length scale of approximately 1—100 nanometer range.” Under that definition
we certainly do qualify. However, other definitions speak of molecular manufacturing; we use more
conventional techniques for manufacture and would not qualify as a nanotech company under that
definition.

I read on the web / on a message board . . . ?
We generally do not respond to message board postings. Our past experience tells us that attempting
to respond to every little thing posted by an individual who may or may not have an agenda of his or her
own is simply a waste of our resources. We want to concentrate on commercializing our product and
making the company a success.
That being said, if something is written about us that is not true and can be proven to cause us harm, we
may respond through legal channels, if necessary.
There are two ways to obtain reliable information about Enable IPC: 1) literature from the company itself
(including this website) and 2) from our SEC filings. If you want to find out about a specific issue, send
us an email and we will be happy to respond.
Other Questions . . .
When will Enable IPC sell and ship product?
Our technologies are in the research and development stage. We do not anticipate shipping product for
quite some time.
What advantages will the Enable IPC battery have?
We believe our battery will out perform comparable cells and cost much less to produce.
Why do you have a "Deep Thoughts" section on your website?
The Deep Thoughts page is there for no other reason than to make people smile. It may not belong
on a traditional company's website, but we don't think of ourselves as a traditional company. In
addition, it should be noted that, based on the latest set of statistics that we have, Deep Thoughts is
the 5th most often-visited page on this site.
