Corporate Update, August 2007 -- Enable IPC Corporation

To Our Fellow Shareholders

Thank you for your support over the past months. We’ve been busy since our last update in June and
thought this would be a good time to provide a short summary of things that have happened.

nanoTX Presentations

We are very excited about participating in the nanoTX ’07 conference. The nanoTX people seem thrilled to
have us and have been extremely supportive. They issued a press release about our involvement in the
conference, stating that “dramatic gains by Enable IPC Corporation will be showcased during International
Nanotechnology Week at nanoTX’07”. The release goes on to state that “those attending … [the] event will
see first-hand the advantages of the company’s ultracapacitor and microbattery technology.”

Our CEO, David Walker, will be speaking at the nanoTX conference October 3-4 on the topic: How
Nanotechnology Addresses Portable Power Market Issues. The presentation will include a discussion of
battery technologies, and how they have been comparatively unchanged for nearly a century while other
technologies have experienced quantum leaps forward in performance. The discussion will center on what
is missing in this area and what the answer for the future could be. Mr. Walker is tentatively scheduled to
speak on October 3rd at 2:40 p.m. at Venue A4, the Business Forum 2 under the category “Energy”.

SolRayo CEO and Enable IPC joint development partner, Kevin Leonard, will explain the ultracapacitor
technology in technical detail during his presentation titled Electrochemical Capacitors Utilizing Nanoporous
SiO2 Composite Materials. He plans to discuss the synthesis of the material and the characterization of the
resulting capacitor electrodes. Mr. Leonard is tentatively scheduled to speak on October 3rd at 1:30 p.m. at
Venue A3, the Technical and Student Forum 2 session under the category “Advanced Materials”.

In addition, we will host a booth in the exhibit hall at space 329 off the main aisle. In the booth we plan to
have materials, a display of our nanowires and a demonstration of our ultracapacitor technology.

Ultracapacitor Technology

We’ve had some very impressive results with our ultracapacitor technology. The ultracapacitor works to
improve the surface area of a carbon electrode by using nanoparticles. Figure A shows a SEM image (i.e., a
scanning electron microscope) carbon sheet without nanoparticles and Figure B shows one with
nanoparticles. The lines below the “10 µm” on the pictures are about 5x to 10x thinner than a human hair;
the particles cannot be seen with the naked eye.

When we calculated our capacitance with that of similar devices in the lab we initially showed about a 30%
improvement in performance. When we repeated the tests later, that number went much higher.

In the coming weeks and months we will continue the effort. We have completed Phase II of the
development work and are beginning Phase III, which primarily consists of packaging devices and
completing the characterization of the technology. It is our goal to publish a preliminary specification soon,
and produce beta units by the end of this year.

Microbattery Technology

In the past, we’ve successfully deposited our nanowires on flexible substrates and are perfecting this
process. It will prove to be a requirement in many applications. In addition, we’re continuing to work on
optimizing battery materials and ensuring material purity.

Annual Meeting of Stockholders

On July 26, 2007 we held our Annual Meeting of Stockholders. All of the proposals voted on at the meeting
passed with well over 90% of the vote (actual voting results are reported in our latest Form 10-QSB, for the
quarter ended June 30).

The meeting was held at the Tournament Players’ Club in Valencia and it was great to see the shareholders
who attended. After the voting, we discussed the progress we’ve made in our technology development
efforts and our company goals.
